COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES IN OUR SALON

Please kindly note that measures below that we have put into place.

For our clients:

— Please wear a face mask inside the salon.

— Kindly use the hand sanitizer that is on the table upon entry.

— Clients only in salon please (no guests). Please practice social distancing with our other clients and therapists who may be in the salon at the same time.

— Please reschedule your appointment if you feel sick. If you are visibly sick (cough, cold) when you come for your appointment, please do not take offense if we respectfully decline to do the treatment and reschedule you for another date/time.

— Contactless payment is available upon request.

For our team:

— Our safety measures are in line with requirements set by the City of Chicago and the City of New York.

— Use of nitrile gloves, face basks, safety googles (or face shields if the therapist wears glasses), and barrier film during treatment. Hand washing with antiseptic soap and hot water throughout the day, between clients. Most of the items we use (blades, pigment rings, mascara wands) are discarded after each treatment. For items that are re-used (eg hand held mirrors, iPads) they are disinfected between treatments with a medical-grade solution.

— Each of workstations thoroughly disinfected between clients.
— We spray all high-touch surfaces (eg doorknobs) with 94% alcohol solution every hour, and our salon is professionally cleaned and disinfected top to bottom every week.
— We insist on hand washing for our team, but also keep hand sanitizer liberally available for everyone.
